The re – election bid of Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo – Alogba, Chairman, Ijede LCDA received boosts on Tuesday, when the representative of Ikorodu Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA) publicly assured her of his support.
But it was not just the lawmaker that the Council boss has impressed with her performances, as Conference 57, also did not only commend her but declared its support.
Builder Daini announced the support on behalf of the chairmen four of whom were present at the commissioning of a block of six classrooms, ICT centre, offices and toilet facilities at Igbe Ogunro by the Chairman, Ijede LCDA, Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba on Tuesday.
Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun thanking the Ijede LCDA Chairman for securing the future of the children and the community, declared his support which was met with wide applause from residents and guests.
“What you have done is securing the future of our children and my heart is just so glad at what God has been using you to do.
“For those of us staying in this community we knew how difficult it was to get our children to school. This school has reduced the stress for pupils to go to school and cost for the parents to send them to school.
“They will be able to have their education in a conducive environment and we must appreciate you for what you have been able to do.
“The Lord will continue to strengthens you and make your second term easy. You have our vote and support already. No doubt about that. I am standing ‘gidigba’ behind you’, Hon. Aro declared.
Speaking on behalf of the Council Chairmen in Ikorodu and by extension the Conference 57, Builder Sesan Daini also commended the Chairman of Ijede LCDA for making them proud with her activities in Ijede.
“On behalf of the Conference 57, I congratulate the Ijede LCDA Chairman, Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo – Alogba for this project, for moving us forward and fulfilling part of her electoral promises.
“Hon. Alogba, thank you for all you do, and on behalf of the Conference 57, I want to say that we are with you and by God’s grace, your second term will be easy for us. Be assured by God’s grace.
“The decision taking by Hon. Aro Moshood in supporting the re – election of Hon. Alogba is a good one and we are with him and by God’s grace and support of our leaders we will have victory,” Builder Daini said.
